The West End salon opened on the high street in 2006, and the Chandler's Ford salon followed on its 10th anniversary. It offers cut and finish, re-shape and re-style services, men's and barbering cuts, and colour using Wella Professional products. Patch testing is required for new clients, and a free colour consultation is offered. It received Phorest Client Experience Awards from 2016 to 2021 and Fresha Class awards from 2022 to 2026.
