Some listings were compiled by us from public sources; those say so at the foot of the page and the business can claim or remove them at any time.

No. Members pay a flat listing fee. You book direct with the therapist, pay them directly, and they keep every penny. We are never in the middle of the money.
Every profile shows a phone number and email. Contact the therapist yourself — no account, no checkout, no middleman. Mention you found them here.
No. Listings are ordered by the labelled Featured row first, then by when they joined, and you can sort and filter them yourself. A Google rating is shown as Google has it and never changes the order.
