A banya and plunge spa in Belgravia, London, opened in 2020 and offering traditional Eastern European thermal therapies.
Visitors can use an oak-lined banya and a cold plunge pool, with parenie leaf rituals, soap massage, body scrubs, clay or seaweed body wraps and deep tissue massage. A private banya for groups of up to eight people has its own plunge bath, changing area and treatment room. Home-cooked food and drinks are served in a lounge. It was a finalist for Spa Team of the Year at the World Spa & Wellness Awards 2025.
