Spring is a curly hair salon at 18 Caroline Street in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter, founded in November 2015 by Matthew James.

It cuts each curl dry using its Curl-by-Curl® method, offered as a standard length or a very short barbering option. Colour services include Spring Light highlights, half head highlights and Spring Roots root cover. A separate lower ground floor salon called Free From, opened in 2024, offers a private, quiet space. The Curl-by-Curl® programme is part of its apprenticeship scheme and was approved by Habia in 2018. It also runs Curl-by-Curl® cutting workshops and sells hair products online.
